Arpeggio and Scale Book Now Available Free Online!

I've decided to make the electronic version of my book on scales and arpeggios available free to download, forever, under a Creative Commons license. The paper version is still available to buy as normal.

I've done this largely because I believe any useful book should be made available free online. I also nurse the hope that having this book circulating free might just raise the standards of scale books, many of which are quite expensive and also quite poor.
